The Celebrations

Transport to: For transport to both events, kindly arrange a transfer through your hotel for a local taxi, or an uber. The average trip is around 10-15 minutes from central Rome. 

Transport from: Please note that we have arranged shuttle services from the welcome event and the wedding. The shuttles will run in relays and will cover the central location zones in Rome, grouped around the most popular hotels. 

Kindly ensure you have noted the correct address: As a reminder, please note that there are two venues in Rome with the name – Villa Aurelia. Please make sure you have noted the correct address which is, Largo di Porta San Pancrazio 1, Rome (Look for a plaque on the gate that says ‘American Academy in Rome’)

Meet & Greet at the Airport:

Sedan only 2 persons (1 big + 1 medium + 1 little luggage pieces max) – €50. Applicable from 7am until 10 pm. After 10pm – €55.

Minivan, max 6 persons – €75. Applicable 7am until 10pm. After 10pm – €80.

Payment options:

  • Cash to the driver on collection at the airport. No tax added.
  • Using a PayPal link in advance. No tax added.
  • Credit card with 10% VAT added.

Additional day excursions and tours of the areas surrounding Rome:

The aforementioned company is also able to offer excursions and personalised tours should you wish to enhance your stay. The full selection of tour options can be obtained via email using the above address.
